Experience: With over a decade of experience in the property market Richard has developed a strong network of clients. Richard began his career leasing and acquiring office space in Central London, and acquired RICS status in 2000. Previously he brought in-depth perspective to multinational organisations on their corporate office and industrial real estate requirements. Richard estimates he has played a significant role in negotiating over £ 140 million of investment transactions for a wide range of clients including funds, private investors and property companies.
Style: Richard is a Chartered Surveyor who also relishes the buzz of deal making. He is diligent and thoughtful with a relaxed manner when providing advice. Richard is also a strong team player who believes that many heads are better than one'. He is determined to support CBGA in its express strategy to exceed expectations and make the difference.
Play: Richard still harbours the dream of playing centre midfield for West Ham United, though he has now settled for Sunday League! He claims to be a natural at golf. His other great loves (including his wife, of course) are turning his hand to some fancy dishes as a cook, visiting exotic locations and any sport which involves a bat, ball or skis.
