Experience: Jonathan has over 13 years of experience in the UK property market. He previously worked at Hodnett Martin Smith for 3 years and subsequently joined DTZ in 2004, where he worked in the Business Space Investment Team as an Associate Director.
Jonathan primarily focused on the national investment markets, and dealt with a number of well known property company’s and Institutions. Over the last 3 years Jonathan completed over £300 Million pounds of transactions for clients.
Style: Jonathan thrives on sourcing off market opportunities through his strong network of agents and clients. His approach is to deliver creative value added opportunities with a clear exit strategy. He has been involved in a number of high profile sales and acquisitions, namely; sale of Ponders End Industrial Estate c £ 47m on behalf of The London Industrial Partnership, off market acquisition of Braintree Shopping Centre c. £ 30m on behalf of O12 Estates and off market acquisition of Portcullis House, Glasgow c. £ 27m on behalf of Prudential Income Retirement Fund.
Play Jonathan passions are cooking at home for his wife and travelling around the world and seeing new places. Jonathan recently spent 3 months in India on a sabbatical. He also enjoys playing golf and occasionally visiting the gym.
