CBGA Property Management

CBGA Property Management was established in June 2007 and now manages in excess of 250 million worth of property in the UK and collects rents in the order of 8 million per annum.

The Company provides a bespoke property management service which is headed by Peter Bellman and Stuart Scobie, and by Mark Parfitt who runs the finance and accounting functions.

CBGA takes a proactive approach and combines the skills of effective and efficient property management with investment expertise to enhance property incomes and values in line with clients’ objectives.

Asset management strategies are established at an early stage in conjunction with clients and progress is constantly monitored to maximise potential.
