In January 2008 CBGA acquired three distribution units on behalf of clients comprising 245,000 sq ft of accommodation. The income amounted to 1,526,280 per annum and the purchase price was 21,500,000
The units were let to individual companies on long leases.
The income on acquisition was 1,526,280 per annum and following a rent review and lease restructuring the income has increased to 1, 541,000 per annum. The estimated rental value is 1,601,000 per annum. |
