IM Properties have just completed the sale of the Avaya Headquarters building in Guildford to PRUPIM for £58,500,000 reflecting a yield of 5.31%.

CBGA acquired the buidling for IM in Auguat 2003 and acted on the disposal which has crystalised a profit of approximately £19 million in less than four years.
