The property was sold subject to a lease to Forsyth Management Constructs Limited until 28thJuly 2013.
The lease contained a mutual rolling break option. The passing rent
was £445,540 per annum.
The vendor, Hermes Property Unit Trust (HPUT) granted a65% vendor loan.
