Viridor Waste Management have sold the Civic Amenity Recycling site at
St Austell for £400,000 to a Private Investor, for 4.37%. The site is let to
Cornwall County Council for 25 years with RPI linked reviews.  

The site was surplus land to a former land fill facility which totalled some 49acres stretching northwards to the Eden Project site.

CBGA and Fisher German acted for the Vendor whilst the Purchaser was not represented.
