Praedia sells Tonbridge Estate

The Botany Trading Estate, Tonbridge has been sold to Electricity
Supply Pension Scheme (CBREi) for £10,465,000 reflecting an initial yield of
8%.

The leasehold estate (81yrs unexpired) was developed in the late 1960’s
and comprises 25 units (117,000sq ft) on 12.25 acres close to the town centre.

CBGA and Drivers Jonas Deloitte acted for the Vendors and JLL
represented the purchasers.
