Historically, CBGA provided an asset management role for our UK clients with properties in Germany. It has made a dramatic improvement to our service to our clients to have this experienced property management team who provide efficient UK/RICS style property management, where the basis of reporting is easy to understand, comprehensive and efficient. The company has offices in Berlin and Dusseldorf. The two directors, Carston Krause and Philipp Stracke, both speak fluent English and the team have over 25 years of experience.
