Pond Street
CBGA, acting on behalf of a private developer client, have sold the freehold interest in the
Marks & Spencer Food Hall in Pond Street, Hampstead, London NW3, to a Pension Fund,
for a price of £7,350,000. This shows a net initial yield of 4.1%. Read more..
 
Management
 
CBGA Management are about to commence the second phase of the refurbishment at the Mid Kent Shopping Centre.

They are working in conjunction with Waitrose and other tenants in the Centre and the plans are to create five new retail units and for a complete overhaul of the two car parks.

As part of this project, CBGA have coordinated with Waitrose and Maidstone Borough Council to re-brand the Centre including new main road and Centre signage. Read more..
